Margaret “Maggie” Simpson is a cartoon character from The Simpsons series. She first appeared on the Tracey Ullman Show “Good Night” on April 19, 1987. Maggie was created and drawn by cartoonist Matt Groening while waiting in the lobby of James L. Brooks’ office.
