At some point you have probably come across a cat statue with one of its paws raised with waves in the background and little fish scurrying back and forth. This is Maneki-Neko or cat, a common Japanese figurine, often believed to bring good luck to its owner. Such talismans usually come in different color variations and have different meanings. In the tutorial that we will visit it is shown how to draw one of these lucky charms with Adobe Illustrator.
